PODIUM PET PRODUCTS – FIND ROCKY INSTAGRAM COMPETITION MARCH 2021

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The Find Rocky competition will run from March 1st 2021, with the shortlist announced on Sunday 21st The winner will be announced via @dogrockshq Instagram account no later than 6pm GMT on Wednesday March 31st 2021.
  • It will be the winner/shortlisted winner’s responsibility to provide contact information (a UK postal address (please check below that your postcode is within our delivery area – below) and a UK telephone number) so that we can arrange delivery of the prize.
  • The prize bundles will be dispatched within 30 days of receiving the winner’s details.
  • The competition is open to all followers over the age of 18 years of the Instagram account @dogrockshq
  • Employees and relatives of employees at Podium Pet Products and Hornby Whitefoot Forward PR are not eligible to enter.
  • Any images submitted must not be subject to any copywrite laws or used without the permission of the owner.
  • The owner of the winning image agrees that the @dogrockshq Instagram account is able to use the image for a maximum period of six months from March 31st
  • The owner of the winning image must accept that the original image may be manipulated to suit the style and look of @dogsrockshq – this may mean animating / creating a cartoon version
  • The “Rocky” mentioned in the competition is based on the first pet of Carina Evans, Founder of Podium Pet Products, and draws inspiration from the Dog Rocks character but is not representative of the Dog Rocks brand.
  • The winner will not be an official representative of Dog Rocks or Podium Pet Products, will not be employed or directly affiliated with the brand
  • The #FindRocky Instagram contest or giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram
  • The competition is hosted by Podium Pet Products, owners of the @dogrockshq Instagram account.
  • Entry to the #Find Rocky competition is as follows:
    • Upload a photo to your Instagram grid tagging in @dogrockshq and using the #FindRocky
  • The winner will be chosen from a shortlist of 10 – the shortlist will be selected by the Podium Pet Products team. The winner will then be voted for by followers of @dogrockshq during a seven day period, with the counts accumulated during this period.
  • Podium Pet Products reserves the right to refuse or accept any entry for any reason.
  • There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
  • Podium Pet Products reserves the right to use the information supplied by entrants (i.e. images, tips, suggestions – as per the competition at the time) on the website, promotional material, marketing communication
  • By entering the competition / draw, entrants agree to these terms and conditions
