For many of us, our dogs are part of our family, so when it comes to looking at possible holiday destinations, we want somewhere that our beloved pooch can come and have a great time too!
On the Pet Travel Scheme, dogs can travel between all EU-listed countries using a DEFRA-approved Pet Passports, as long as their vaccinations are up to date and they are micro-chipped. If you are looking to go a little further afield you will need to have your dog’s blood tested 30 days after the rabies vaccination.
